Download the Park & Pedal app for iOS or Android, enter your destination, and find the most efficient place to transition from driving to biking.
Park
Drive the first leg of your journey to the selected hub and park in one of the designated Park & Pedal spaces.
Pedal
Using the Park & Pedal app, rent one of the provided electric bikes. Ride the remaining leg of your journey, avoiding traffic and parking downtown.
Return
Lock up the bike while at work. When you’re ready to head home, ride it back to the hub and end your ride by connecting it to our docking station.

Do I need to return my bike to the same location it was rented?
Yes. Your bike must be back at the station it came from in order to end your rental. Don’t forget, with a Park & Pedal commute, you car will be there waiting for you.
What do I do with my bike while I'm at work?
Our integrated lock system allows you to secure the bike to any standard bike rack, street sign, or pole. During your rental, only you can unlock it using the app. Be sure it’s secure as it is your responsibility while rented.
Can I use the bike all day?
With a daily rental or weekly subscription, you have unlimited use of the bike throughout the day. Just return it in the evening to charge.
Will my bike be charged?
Every time a bike is returned to its docking station, it begins to charge automatically. We monitor battery health remotely and our repair team takes care of any issues before a rental is allowed.
